She is wearing lovely dress with 100% cotton Tilda fabric, her petticoat is 100% eco cotton with cotton lace and underwear is made from lace.
Top of dress she has cardigan from alpaca wool and lovely shiny buttons.
And finally crocheted yellow shoes from 100% wool.
